Juday Creek is more than just great golf...We are also Beautiful Banquets and Wonderful Memories.  We work with each of our couples to make their day very special and exactly how they dreamed.


The banquet room at Juday Creek can accommodate a maximum of 250 people and can be divided into 3 rooms depending upon the size of your event.  Additionally, your guests will have exclusive access to our lounge area as well as access to our outside deck overlooking the golf course.

Reception Pricing

We pride ourselves in throwing you and your guests, the greatest celebration of the first day of the rest of your lives together.  Each Reception should be as individual as the the couple themselves.   We would love to help you create the Reception of your dreams!!!

All receptions are subject to a room rental fee.  Included in the room rental fee are the china, flatware, glassware, floor length table linens, colored napkins, use of house center pieces, dance floor, and a microphone, set-up (from tables and chairs, to place cards, guest favors and centerpieces) and clean up.  Additional charges for your event are based upon the food and beverage selections as well as any other miscellaneous products or services chosen. Our service charge and sales tax are already included in all prices given.


In order to reserve the date of your choice, Juday Creek Golf Course requires a nonrefundable deposit of $1,000.00.  This Deposit will be treated as a damage deposit.  Provided there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded in full within a week of your event.


Billing will be based on the guaranteed number of attendance or the actual number of attendance whichever is higher.  Half payment is required 30 Days before your event. The remainder is then due in full 10 days before the scheduled event.  Payment may be made by cash or check.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are also accepted but will be charged a 3% transaction fee.


An estimated guest count is required at the initial function reservation.  The number of total guests, within 8, must be reported to Juday Creek Golf Course 10 days prior to the event.  You will be charged for the guaranteed guest count even if the guest count is less that your guaranteed count.  If on the day of your reception the guest count is more than your guaranteed number the remaining cost will be deducted from your deposit.


Juday Creek Golf Course does not permit affixing any materials to the walls, floors, fixtures or ceiling with nails, staples, tape, or other substances.  We will be happy to work with your event to accommodate your decorating needs.  Table decorations should not include confetti or glitter.


Access to the banquet room for set-up is dependent on the schedule of other events.  We will work with each group on an individual basis to make arrangements for any set-up or decorating time you may need.  The room will be completely set and ready for guests at your scheduled arrival time.  We request that you coordinate the activities of your event to end at 11:00 p.m.  Juday Creek would like to have all guests departed by 11:30 p.m. to Midnight.

Food and Beverage

All of our food is prepared on site. We take great pride in knowing that you and your guests will have a meal to remember.  We have excellent menus as guidelines and are able to customize any meals for you.   While we do not offer tastings we would be more than happy to provide you with a list of references in regards to our menu options.  If you select a plated meal, children's meals are available, if you select a buffet, children 10 and under are billed at a discounted rate.

All food and beverages consumed on Juday Creek Golf Course property must be purchased from Juday Creek. Due to health standards, food is not allowed to be taken in or out of the facility.  The only exception to this is wedding cakes which Juday Creek does not provide.  You are allowed to bring in a cake from a commercial bakery.  Additionally, we do not charge a cake cutting fee.

Juday Creek is able to provide complete beverage services.  Our alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the state, and as a licensee we are responsible for complying with the laws regarding these regulations.  Only guests 21 and over will be counted towards your open bar package, guests 20 and under will be charged for soft drinks.  Our policy requires that no liquor, beer, or wine be brought into our facility from outside sources.  We would be happy to try to accommodate special beverage requests for a possible additional charge. Juday Creek reserves the right to not serve anyone who appears to be intoxicated and/or close the bar completely, without refund, due to a groups' intoxication level.  Proper identification of all guests over the age of 21 is required to consume alcohol.


The clubhouse sits in the middle of a residential neighborhood and we want to be courteous to our neighbors, as such while Juday Creek does allow all types of music and entertainment to be brought in, we do not encourage bands. Any form of entertainment must be kept at a reasonable level and is required to end at 11:00 p.m.  No exceptions or extended playing time will be allowed.

Personal Service

It is our mission to make your wedding and or reception not only memorable but enjoyable as well.  Let the Juday Creek staff help you plan, set-up, facilitate, and clean up your reception.   An event coordinator will work with you personally and exclusively throughout your entire event planning process.

Center Pieces

To help start the planning, Juday Creek can provide an elegant centerpiece for you to enjoy on each table.  A square mirror with a sparkling white candle will glow under a hurricane globe surrounded by green ivy in the center of every table or tables of your choice.  We can also provide you with elegant cylindrical vases in 3 different sizes.  You may add to these as you see fit or just add water and a floating candle for a simple but very elegant look.  If you are looking for a specific look our Events Director would be more than happy to show you examples of the house centerpieces that may be used.

Hors D'oeuvres and Coffee

To start the evening off right; the first hour of your reception will begin with complimentary hors d'oeuvres of:

  • Domestic Cheeses
  • A Premium Cracker Assortment and
  • Seasonal Fresh Fruit

After your meal is served, we then transform the table into a lavish coffee station of Regular and Decaf Coffee and Hot Tea.  We provide a variety of creamers and sweeteners for your guests to enjoy.

The Toast

In order for you to make the proper toast we provide a complimentary Champagne Toast for your head table.  Non alcoholic champagne is also available.


For your guests maximum entertainment we offer a customized hardwood dance floor at no additional charge.

The Cake

After the newly Mr. and Mrs. have cut the cake, a Juday Creek staff member will whisk it off into the kitchen where it will be professionally cut and served.

No Hidden Fees

To put your mind at ease Juday Creek does not charge for cake cutting, cork or bartenders fee.


To top off your Wedding Weekend, Juday Creek Golf Course would like to extend an invitation to you to come and play golf on us.  At the contract signing you will be provided with four complimentary passes.  A discounted package is also available for anyone else in the Bridal Party.
