Juday Creek is more than just great golf. The clubhouse at Juday Creek is complete with a lounge and banquet facilities that overlook the beautiful golf course. Our private banquet room can accommodate a wide variety of special occasions, including:

- Rehearsal Dinners
- Business Meetings
The banquet room at Juday Creek can accommodate a maximum of 250 people and can be divided into 3 rooms depending upon the size of your event. Additionally, your guests may feel free to socialize in our lounge area or our outside deck overlooking the golf course.
All events are subject to a room rental fee. Included in the room rental fee are the china, flatware, glassware, house table linens, dance floor and a microphone, set-up and clean up. Additional charges for your event are based upon the food and beverage selections as well as any other miscellaneous products or services chosen. Our service charge and sales tax are already included in all prices given.
In order to reserve the date of your choice, Juday Creek Golf Course requires a nonrefundable deposit. A portion of this deposit will cover the room rental fee with the remaining amount treated as a damage deposit. Provided there is no damage, the deposit will be applied toward the total charges due and payable the day of the event.
Billing will be based on the guaranteed number of attendance or the actual number of attendance, which ever is higher. Payment is required in full on the scheduled event date at the close of your event. Payment may be made by cash or check, for a nominal service charge Visa, MasterCard and American Express are also accepted.
An estimated guest count is required at the initial function reservation. The number of total guests, within 8, must be reported to Juday Creek Golf Course one week prior to the event, and the guaranteed number for payment 48 hours prior to the event. You will be charged for the guaranteed guest count even if the guest count is less than your guaranteed count.
Juday Creek Golf Course does not permit affixing any materials to the walls, floors, fixtures or ceiling with nails, staples, tape or other substances. We will be happy to work with each event or group to accommodate their decorating needs. Table decorations should not include confetti or glitter.
Food and Beverage
All of our food is prepared on site. We take great pride in knowing that you and your guests will have a meal to remember. We have menus as guidelines, but are able to customize food for your event.
All food and beverages consumed on Juday Creek Golf Course property must be purchased from Juday Creek. Due to health standards, food is not allowed to be taken in or out of the facility. Juday Creek is able to provide complete beverage services. Our alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the state, and as a licensee we are responsible for complying with the laws regarding these regulations. Our policy requires that no liquor, beer or wine be brought into our facility from outside sources.
The clubhouse sits in the middle of a residential neighborhood and we want to be courteous to our neighbors, as such while Juday Creek does allow all types of music and entertainment to be brought in, we do not encourage bands. Any form of entertainment must be kept at a reasonable level and is required to end at 11:00 p.m. No exceptions or extended playing time will be allowed.
Access to the banquet room is dependant on the schedule of other events. We will work with each group on an individual basis to make arrangements for any set-up or decorating time you may need. The room will be completely set and ready for guests at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled arrival time. We request that you coordinate the activities of your event to end at 11:00 p.m. Juday Creek would like to have all guests departed by 11:30 p.m. to Midnight.
